Digital Fleet Management and Maintenance Platform

This contract opportunity involves the procurement of a digital platform for managing fleet operations and maintenance. The contract will last for 12 months from the date of signing and will conclude upon the completion of the procurement process, subject to a suspensive clause. This clause states that the contract's finalization is contingent upon the signing of an amendment to the financing contract no. 45/13.12.2023, based on the approval of the modification proposal for the financing contract related to the modernization of 55 electric locomotives for passenger train towing, conversion of 20 diesel hydraulic shunting locomotives into electric battery locomotives, and modernization of 139 passenger cars. This project is funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 4 - Sustainable Transport. If the financing contract is not amended within 60 days of the approval of the procurement report, the procurement procedure will be automatically canceled. Bidders understand that SNTFC 'CFR Călători' S.A. is not liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the procurement procedure. Bidders accept the special conditions and the suspensive clause, taking full responsibility for any potential damages. Economic operators may request clarifications 18 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information 11 days before the submission deadline.
