Czech Republic – Multiple Independent Disk Array (RAID) – Ministry of Education – Data Storage and Backup Device

This public procurement contract involves the following: a) delivery of a High Availability (HA) disk array, b) provision of a new backup storage solution. The new backup storage solution will be established in two separate locations for security reasons: 1. Location: Data Center of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports at Karmelitská 529/5, 118 12 Prague 1. This location will feature a logical entity for backup storage consisting of 1 performance tier (SSD for backup solution) and 1 capacity tier supported by Veeam functionalities. 2. Location: Senovážné náměstí 871/26, 110 00 Prague 1 – New Town. This location will house 1 capacity tier supported by Veeam functionalities. The delivery locations may be specified or changed by the contracting authority before signing the contract (within the territory of Prague). c) delivery of FC cards (for current HCI nodes) and an adequate number of fibre channel transceivers, d) implementation and service support for the provided solutions as described in points a) to c); implementation and service support includes installation, implementation, full operational readiness (including provision and delivery of all necessary materials, components, licenses, labor, etc.) and training for the staff on the new solution. The solution must include support services for all software (software maintenance) and technical support services from the manufacturer for all supplied hardware (hardware support), which are further detailed in Annex 1 of the contract titled "Technical Specification" (hereinafter referred to as "TS"). The goods must be intended for the end customer in the Czech Republic. The scope of work is further detailed in the attachments.
