    Brief

The MCO program is a multi-year initiative where a homeowner is guided by the contractor (support provider) in making their home more sustainable. We are looking for a contractor (support provider) who will: - Provide quality and effective guidance to residents throughout the entire process of achieving a sustainable home; - Organize qualitative sustainability measures (including biobased materials) and execution with (local) providers; - Be a collaborative partner within the inter-municipal cooperation and act as a "practical expert"; - Learn together with the participating municipalities during the collaboration. This will allow us to continuously improve the approach to enhance impact and quality; - Be responsible for the execution and accountability of local subsidies; - Employ staff with the necessary skills to carry out the above tasks; - Be willing to share the benefits, risks, and returns with the participating municipalities and take responsibility and freedom in this regard. The assignment comes from 9 out of 10 RES-NOB municipalities: Municipality of Bernheze, Municipality of Boekel, Municipality of Boxtel, Municipality of Maashorst, Municipality of Meierijstad, Municipality of Oss, Municipality of Sint-Michielsgestel, Municipality of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, and Municipality of Vught. It is a collaboration that spans at least four years across municipal boundaries. The Municipality of Meijerijstad has the mandate for the tender, and the nine municipalities are jointly responsible for the execution. The value of the assignment consists of three components: - A fixed budget for executing the program for the entire service and collaboration; - A variable budget for learning, improving, and further developing the proposals; - The support provider will collaborate with us in marketing and communication activities, where they will be named as an exclusive partner.
