Cryogenic Equipment Supply for Wrocław University of Technology

This contract involves the supply of cryogenic equipment for the Faculty of Basic Technical Problems at Wrocław University of Technology. The supplier is required to deliver the following items: 1. A complete, mechanically ultra-stable system for optical microscopy in a magnetic field and at cryogenic temperatures (1 unit). 2. An ultra-stable mechanical cryogenic system with helium in a closed loop (1 unit). The supplier must also handle the installation, commissioning, and provide operational training at the designated location. All costs related to delivery, insurance, risk, commissioning, and training are the responsibility of the supplier. The delivery location is Wrocław University of Technology, Wyb. Wyspiańskiego 27, 50-370 Wrocław, building A1 (Task 1 – room 222, Task 2 – room 37/11). Detailed descriptions of the tasks are available in the attachments. The supplier must include all necessary devices, hardware, and software controllers to meet the functional requirements. If any specifications are unclear, the supplier must ask questions before submitting their offer. The specifications outline minimum required features, and the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if funding is not secured. The evaluation process will first assess the offers before qualifying the supplier with the highest-rated offer. The offer must include various documents as specified in the contract details.
