    Brief

This public procurement opportunity aims to select and contract one software broker for the Municipality of Hardenberg. The software broker will act as a partner in the acquisition and renewal of licenses for standard software. They will provide the municipality with services and market knowledge to ensure efficient, lawful, and effective procurement, as well as effective management of standard software products. The total estimated value of the framework agreement is €19,600,000 (excluding VAT), including optional years, and is capped at this amount. The framework agreement will automatically terminate once the maximum estimated value is reached. The estimate is based on: - Annual expenditures on existing standard software (including Microsoft licenses) multiplied by the number of contract years (including optional years); - Expected new standard software purchases multiplied by the number of contract years (including optional years); - SaaS costs (33%); - Contingency expenses (25%); - Indexation according to GIBIT. The maximum estimate is only an indication of the scope. Bidders cannot derive rights from this data, such as a minimum revenue guarantee.
