Brief
This project involves designing and obtaining necessary opinions, agreements, approvals, and administrative decisions (including a valid building permit) along with accompanying documents and author supervision services for the following scope: a) expansion of the existing bar screen building; b) modernization of the bar screen system by constructing a second independent bar screen cleaner (in the southern channel - left) with a track, along with adapting the existing cleaner's track for the northern channel (to ensure central discharge of screenings into a common container) and creating an evacuation system to raise both screens above the wastewater level in emergencies; c) modernization of the screenings collection and transport system to allow collection from both screens into one container (2.4 x 5.0 m) with a new container position and guides, adapting the existing cleaner's track for the northern channel, modernizing the floor (replacing the floor inside the building), creating a drainage for leachate from the container and floor to the existing inlet channel, and replacing the entrance gates to the hall; d) modernization of the existing cleaner (adapting it to the new operational layout); e) installation of necessary power and control systems for the cleaner and evacuation system; f) data transmission about the operational status of devices to the main control and visualization system; g) construction of a service platform for the screen in the southern channel with railings; h) covering channels to reduce wastewater evaporation before and after the screens, e.g., with easily removable covers connected to the air extraction system for the biofilter; i) relocating the existing automation cabinet of the cleaner; j) modernization of the building's external cladding (replacement of walls and roof); k) replacement of windows and doors with corrosion-resistant ones; l) modernization of corrosion protection for steel structures, including replacing the building's frame bracing, window and door joinery, gutters, etc.; m) adapting the roof safety system after the building's expansion; n) modernization of the ventilation system inside the bar screen building to reduce vapor emissions and improve the indoor atmosphere; o) modernization of other installations in the building, including water supply, sewage, heating, electrical, lighting, lightning protection, and grounding systems, along with necessary external installation upgrades for proper operation; p) installation of H2S, NH3, CH4, SO2 detectors in the bar screen building with local visual and audible alarms; q) adapting the road and communication system in connection with the building's expansion in relation to existing solutions. Ensure author supervision over the projects developed by the Contractor regarding: a) verifying compliance with the project during construction; b) agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions compared to those provided in the project, as proposed by the construction manager or investment supervision inspector; c) participation in the public procurement procedure for construction works.
