Lead Designer Appointment for Development Project in Shannon

Shannon Commercial Enterprises DAC (SCE) is seeking a qualified architectural firm to lead a multi-disciplinary design team for a new Research and Development Unit and Industrial Unit at Shannon Free Zone East, Co. Clare. The selected firm will provide comprehensive project consultancy services, including architectural design, project management, civil and structural engineering, building services design, quantity surveying, and fire safety design. The design team will oversee the building design process, manage statutory approvals, handle construction procurement, and provide a full-time Resident Engineer during the construction phase.
