Water Supply Network Construction Contract

This framework contract is for the construction of wet networks to meet the needs of the Beaune Côte et Sud Agglomeration Community (CABCS). It is a multi-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts awarded through an open tender process, in accordance with public procurement regulations. The framework agreement has no minimum value and a maximum value of 10,000,000 Euros (excluding VAT) over the duration of the contract. The contract will commence upon notification and will last for 4 years. Subsequent contracts based on this framework agreement can only be concluded during its validity period. No subsequent contracts can be notified after the framework agreement's expiration date. Any ongoing consultations for awarding subsequent contracts will be canceled.
