Cleaning Services for the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity

This contract involves providing cleaning services for the offices of the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity located at Dem I. Dobrescu Street No. 2-4 (5 floors), C. Popișteanu Street No. 1-3 (6th floor), and Bdul. Gral. Gh. Magheru No. 31. The cleaning services must comply with the technical specifications outlined in the terms of reference and adhere to the framework agreement/subsequent contract for cleaning services. The total area requiring cleaning services is approximately 4,586.96 square meters, primarily consisting of usable spaces such as offices, conference rooms, information rooms, photocopy rooms, document storage areas, server rooms, etc. Additionally, the cleaning will cover hallways, waiting areas, access stairs, and sanitary facilities, as well as the external perimeter areas surrounding the buildings housing the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity (including stairs and adjacent walkways).
