Medical Supplies and Equipment for Air Ambulance Services

This contract involves the ongoing supply and delivery of disposable medical materials, hematological products, dressings, and small medical equipment for the Air Ambulance Service. Suppliers are required to provide new products that are approved for use in Poland and must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the date of delivery. The detailed specifications of the required items can be found in the attached pricing form. The buyer reserves the right to adjust the quantities of ordered items based on actual needs, and may also order additional items not listed in the pricing form, up to 10% of the contract value, provided that the supplier offers these items at market prices. The deadline for submissions is June 16, 2025.
