Main Contract Award for Renovation Project in Aalborg

Vivabolig is announcing the intention to award a main contract to JORTON A/S for a renovation project at Gundorfslund, Aalborg. This project, with a total budget of 145 million DKK (excluding VAT), is subject to public procurement laws. The procurement will be managed under a governance model where JORTON A/S will act as the procurement agent for Vivabolig, with technical support from the main consultant. Additional construction work will be divided into subcontracts based on trades, which will be publicly tendered as EU tenders. JORTON A/S, as the main contractor, will also assist with project development, coordination between the client and the main consultant, establishing the construction site, daily site management, and assuming risk for the subcontracted trades. The contract value for JORTON A/S is a fixed fee of 7,400,000 DKK (excluding VAT) without the possibility of index adjustment.
