Public Transport Services in Lappeenranta-Imatra

This contract opportunity involves the procurement of public transport services for the Lappeenranta-Imatra region, in accordance with the request for proposals and its attachments. The main contract period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, without a separate termination notice. The buyer reserves the right to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods (1 + 1). Decisions regarding the use of the option periods will be made separately and communicated to the contractor at least 6 months before the end of the main contract period. The terms specified in this request for proposals and its attachments will apply during any option periods. The parties to the contract are expected to maintain open cooperation, trust, and interaction to enhance the effectiveness of the contract. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the services provided comply with legislation and regulatory requirements, as well as meeting the specific requirements outlined in this request for proposals and its attachments.
