Furniture Supply and Installation for Educational Foundation

This contract involves advising, supplying, installing, and servicing school and office furniture for the entire Onderwijsstichting Movare, at locations specified in section 1.2 of the procurement guidelines. The contractor must execute the project according to the requirements outlined in Appendix 1. The goal is to partner with entities that can provide high-quality furniture and advice to create a functional and stimulating learning and working environment for both students and staff of Onderwijsstichting Movare, with a focus on good service and uniformity across locations. In previous years, the furniture purchases amounted to approximately €2,200,000 including VAT. Bidders cannot claim rights based on these amounts. Larger purchases are expected in the coming years due to renovations and anticipated growth.
