Construction Planning Services for New Daycare Center in Niederzissen

The local community of Niederzissen is planning to construct a new daycare center with eight groups. This facility will be built on a site measuring approximately 5,500 m², currently used as a parking lot, and will have a usable floor area of about 1,540 m². The site has a height difference of 3 meters and is located near a bus stop and a secondary school, with a view of Burg Olbrück. The daycare center is designed to accommodate 183 children, including 168 over two years old (with 5 integration places) and 15 under two years old. A kitchen is to be included, likely as a warming kitchen with distribution. The estimated budget for the entire project is around 7.5 million EUR. The planning and construction supervision services required for the daycare center will be commissioned according to the HOAI 2022 guidelines, covering all necessary planning phases. The contract will be awarded in lots, with this announcement pertaining to Lot 5 - Structural Planning Services. Other lots include various planning and supervision services for building and technical equipment. A phased commissioning is planned, starting with phases 1-4 for approval planning, followed by phases 5-6. There is no entitlement to further commissioning. Applications for multiple lots are permitted.
