    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of soap and shampoo as specified in the requirements document. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 36 months with a maximum of three economic operators ranked by the price offered, provided that there are three qualified economic operators (meeting the conditions specified in the award documentation). If there are fewer than three qualified economic operators, the framework agreement will be concluded with all qualified operators. The procurement includes two lots: **Lot 1:** 1. Anti-dandruff shampoo: 21,408 units maximum, 17,358 units minimum for the framework agreement, 4,757 units maximum, 482 units minimum for the contract. 2. Children's shampoo: 5,916 units maximum, 4,608 units minimum for the framework agreement, 1,315 units maximum, 128 units minimum for the contract. 3. Liquid soap: 22,818 units maximum, 19,407 units minimum for the framework agreement, 5,071 units maximum, 539 units minimum for the contract. 4. Liquid soap for children: 23,376 units maximum, 18,612 units minimum for the framework agreement, 5,195 units maximum, 517 units minimum for the contract. 5. Soap for newborns: 1,260 units maximum, 1,080 units minimum for the framework agreement, 280 units maximum, 30 units minimum for the contract. 6. Antibacterial toilet soap: 21,936 units maximum, 17,634 units minimum for the framework agreement, 4,875 units maximum, 490 units minimum for the contract. 7. Children's shower gel: 12,336 units maximum, 9,966 units minimum for the framework agreement, 2,741 units maximum, 277 units minimum for the contract. 8. Hair conditioner: 10,332 units maximum, 8,328 units minimum for the framework agreement, 2,296 units maximum, 231 units minimum for the contract. 9. Waterless body cleansing foam: 3,888 units maximum, 3,636 units minimum for the framework agreement, 864 units maximum, 101 units minimum for the contract. **Lot 2:** 1. Antibacterial soap: 13,954 liters maximum, 1,550 liters minimum for the framework agreement, 3,101 liters maximum, 43 liters minimum for the contract. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. All requests for clarifications must be submitted through SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
