Consulting Services for Real Estate and Energy Planning in Orléans

The City of Orléans is seeking consulting services to develop a comprehensive real estate and energy master plan. This project will involve creating a platform to support the city's planning efforts. The contract will be a mixed-price agreement, not divided into lots, and not renewable. Part of the services will be contracted at a fixed total price, while another part will be under a framework agreement with unit prices, executed through purchase orders. There is no minimum amount, but the maximum value for the entire contract is set at €140,000 excluding VAT. Interested suppliers should submit their proposals by June 20, 2025.
