Architectural and Engineering Services for University of Maribor

The University of Maribor is seeking suppliers to provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, and inspection services for the renovation and expansion of its Technical Faculty (UM FERI) as part of the INNOVUM platform. The project includes the preparation of detailed project documentation, which must comply with local regulations, including the creation of existing condition surveys, conceptual designs in two variants, and geological reports. Suppliers will also be responsible for managing the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals, ensuring project coordination throughout all phases, and providing a qualified project manager to oversee the investment from planning to handover. Additionally, the project will require a safety and health coordinator during the preparatory phase and professional oversight to identify and address any construction errors that may arise.
