Park Maintenance Services in Călărași, Romania

The contract involves providing park maintenance services for the parks managed by the Municipality of Călărași. This includes various activities such as cleaning and maintaining urban furniture, mechanical mowing of grass, fertilization, loading and transporting green waste, maintaining and treating fountains, maintaining irrigation systems, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and repairing and maintaining children's playground equipment. The objectives of the contracting authority include improving the quality of life and living environment for residents of Călărași, promoting outdoor recreational activities, and protecting and enhancing public green spaces. There are two main locations for the services: 1) A partially enclosed urban land designated as a park, located at Str. Portului nr. 1B, Călărași, covering an area of 3,930 square meters, which includes pedestrian paths, playgrounds, a concrete platform, and green space. 2) An unenclosed urban land designated as a park, located at Aleea Dumbrava Minunată nr. 8, Călărași, covering an area of 92,005 square meters, which includes bike paths, playgrounds, a skate park, a fountain, and extensive green space. The contract duration is 48 months. The deadline for submitting clarification requests is 10 days before the offer submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification 5 days before the offer submission deadline.
