The total quantity or scope includes: Part 1 - Device for robotic assisted walking training in a reduced weight environment – 1 unit; Part 2 - Device for robotic assisted verticalization and patient mobilization – 1 unit; Part 3 - Station for robotic assisted rehabilitation of fingers, hands, and lower limbs – 1 unit. The rehabilitation devices must be new, unused, and not refurbished, meeting the minimum technical-medical and functional parameters specified by the contracting authority in Part B – Description of the procurement subject. The required rehabilitation technology must be approved for import and sale in Slovakia or within the European Union and must comply with applicable international standards, STN, and binding legal regulations, and must have a valid ŠUKL code assigned. The required rehabilitation aid must meet the specified technical specifications. The contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent products in the offer if the summary of some of the specified parameters or the range of parameters in the procurement subject specification identifies a product of a specific manufacturer, provided that such a device meets the requirements for utility, operational, and functional characteristics necessary to ensure the purpose for which the device is intended. The burden of proof for identifying a specific manufacturer's product and meeting the utility, operational, and functional characteristics lies with the applicant.
