Window Soundproofing Installation Contract

This contract involves the supply and installation of soundproofing for window blinds in approximately 100 buildings, with nearly 2,500 windows to be replaced. The tender focuses on soundproofing around 1,800 window blind boxes and replacing around 1,000 straps with manual cranks. Detailed specifications and requirements are outlined in Document 2, 'Technical Specifications.' The Tramway T1 project includes various noise reduction measures, such as reducing traffic loads, moderating speed limits, and installing sound-absorbing materials. However, after the T1 tram line is operational in 2026, some buildings will not meet the OPB requirements. For these buildings, the project will implement noise reduction measures, including the installation of soundproof windows made of PVC and wood, as well as soundproofing the boxes of the replaced window blinds.
