Acquisition of Tractors and Agricultural Equipment

This procurement opportunity involves the acquisition of tractors, with or without mounted equipment on articulated arms, as well as towed/attached equipment for tractors and self-propelled agricultural and road maintenance equipment. The work is intended for the maintenance of road dependencies for the Departmental Council of Haute-Vienne. The procurement process will follow an open tender procedure, in accordance with the relevant articles of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement will be multi-awarded and will lead to subsequent contracts. The services are divided into two lots: Lot 1 includes tractors with or without mounted equipment on articulated arms, and Lot 2 includes towed/attached equipment for tractors and agricultural and road maintenance equipment. Candidates can submit offers for all lots, with each lot being awarded to a maximum of five economic operators, provided there are sufficient offers. The maximum amounts for each lot are: Lot 1: 2,000,000 euros and Lot 2: 270,000 euros. The framework agreements will be concluded for a duration of four years from the date of notification.
