Canteen Equipment Procurement Framework Agreement

This framework agreement aims to streamline the procurement of cost-effective institutional kitchen equipment for all canteens managed by operators under contract with the Norwegian Ministries Security and Service Organisation (DSS). It also includes maintenance services for both existing and new kitchen equipment. Other entities associated with the joint ministries, such as the Office of the Prime Minister (SMK) and the Attorney General, may also utilize this agreement. The framework is valid for two years, with the possibility of extending it for an additional one or two years, totaling a maximum of four years. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately NOK 5-7 million, excluding VAT, over the four-year period. This estimate is based on historical data and future projections and is not binding. The contracting authority is not obligated to procure a specific volume during the agreement period, and the agreement is non-exclusive.
