Laboratory Reagents Supply for Health Center

This contract involves the procurement and delivery of laboratory reagents along with necessary consumables for conducting tests. Additionally, for certain groups of procurement items, the rental of devices/analysers is included, which encompasses installation to full functionality, networking costs, and staff training, as well as all maintenance, servicing, consumables, and spare parts costs. This is for the needs of the Health Center of Osijek-Baranja County, as detailed in the cost sheets and specifications outlined in this procurement documentation. The selected supplier must execute the procurement items diligently, responsibly, and according to the highest professional standards, in compliance with legal regulations and professional rules, as well as the conditions and requirements specified in this procurement documentation. For groups 4, 6, 7, and 11: If interested economic operators plan to offer equivalent devices/analysers, they are required to visit the medical-biochemical laboratory locations before submitting their offer to assess whether the proposed equivalent devices/analysers can functionally fit into the laboratory spaces. For this purpose, they must include a completed form regarding the inspection of the workspace in their offer - Appendix 6.
