Hotel Services in Northern Sweden

This contract opportunity involves establishing a framework agreement with suppliers who submit qualified bids and meet all specified requirements. Only hotels and conference facilities located in the Northern Sweden counties (Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Jämtland, Gävleborg) with a minimum rating of two (2) stars according to Hotelstars Union will be accepted. Selected suppliers will not be ranked; bookings will be made based on the needs of the ordering entity (distribution key) and cost. The assessment will consider: - Proximity to the venue, such as conference and meeting rooms. - Proximity to public transport and connections. - Price. - Availability on the date of visit. - Environmental considerations. - Accessibility. - Specific conference or long-stay needs.
