Construction Project for the Modernization of the Museum of Contemporary Sculpture in Orońsko

This contract involves the expansion and modernization of the Museum of Contemporary Sculpture, located at Topolowa 1, 26-505 Orońsko, as part of the social revitalization of the Polish Sculpture Center. The project will be funded between 2025 and 2026. Key components of the work include: 1. Construction and building works, such as expanding the existing building with new rooms, replacing the roof structure, modernizing the museum to accommodate large sculptures, and landscaping the area. 2. Comprehensive supply and installation of furniture and equipment as per the attached specifications, including a catalog of images, visualizations, and material descriptions. 3. Complete execution of all internal and external installations, including electrical, telecommunication, water supply, sewage, drainage, ventilation, and landscaping. 4. Demolition works, including the removal of the roof structure, dismantling of old windows and doors, and removal of roads and sidewalks. The contractor will manage the recovered materials from the demolition and include the costs of waste disposal in their bid.
