Insurance and Related Services Provider for Yorkshire Housing

Yorkshire Housing Association is seeking one or more insurance providers to deliver comprehensive insurance and related services covering property, legal liability, and other general non-life insurable risks. Required coverage areas may include: property damage and business interruption, employers liability, public and products liability, property owners liability, business combined/office insurance, money insurance, all risks coverage, computer insurance, and contract works insurance. The final scope will be determined at Yorkshire Housing's discretion. Supplier Requirements: - Insurers must maintain a minimum credit rating of 'A-' from Standard & Poor's, 'A-' from AM Best, or equivalent from an independent, reputable agency (approved by the bidder's market security committee) - Ratings below 'A-' may be considered at the contracting authority's sole discretion, subject to written recommendation from the bidder's market security committee prior to the ITT bid deadline - Demonstrated financial ability to deliver the full programme Assessment Criteria: - Ability to provide suitable insurer choices and flexible cover options - Skilled and competent teams in Client Relationship Management, Insurance Claims Management, Insurance Broking/Underwriting, and Risk Management - Commitment to quality service delivery to Yorkshire Housing and end clients, including services provided by any third-party contractors or proposed insurers For more details and to submit your response, visit the eSourcing portal.
