Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Services Contract for Housing

This contract provides Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services for housing properties, including fire protection and detection systems, preventative planned maintenance (PPM), major works, and repairs. The successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing), electrical systems, fire safety equipment and detection systems, and executing both planned preventative maintenance and emergency repair works across the housing portfolio. Suppliers should have expertise in building services engineering, fire safety compliance, and residential property maintenance.
