Framework for Civil Engineering, Building, and Electrical Infrastructure Works in Scotland

Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission is seeking long-term strategic partners to deliver a comprehensive framework for civil engineering, building, and electrical infrastructure works across Scotland. This multi-lot framework covers six specialized service areas: small civil works (up to £10 million), large civil works (over £10 million), buildings and infrastructure, overhead line pole construction, overhead line tower construction, and underground cable construction. Selected contractors will provide design, project management, construction, testing, and completion services to support the client's capital investment program, network maintenance and renewal, customer connection projects, and net-zero transition initiatives. The framework is valued at up to £7.4 billion and offers appointments for up to eight years, providing significant long-term partnership opportunities for experienced, capable suppliers with substantial delivery capacity.
