This is a comprehensive grounds maintenance contract covering the upkeep of sports fields, grass areas, hedges, shrubs, and hard-surfaced areas across school sites. Key responsibilities include: maintaining grass and sports fields in safe, clean, and visually appealing condition; marking and maintaining sports field posts as needed; regular trimming and shaping of hedges and shrubs for both aesthetics and safety; weed control using approved treatments on grassed and hard-surfaced areas; cleaning and maintenance of astro turf surfaces to preserve quality and usability; seasonal leaf clearance; and keeping the school entrance immaculate at all times. The service also includes ad-hoc requests such as removal and treatment of invasive species including Japanese knotweed and other site-specific requirements.
