Supported Housing Needs Assessment and Strategy Development

The Council is seeking a qualified provider to conduct a comprehensive Supported Housing needs assessment and develop a Supported Housing Strategy. This work is required to ensure compliance with the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023. The assessment should identify current and future housing support needs across the local area, analyze gaps in service provision, and inform strategic planning. The resulting strategy will guide the Council's approach to supported housing delivery, identify service improvements, and establish clear priorities for commissioning and investment.
