Brief

This project provides comprehensive support and intervention services to offenders who will be homeless upon release from prison through the RCT Cymru Choices Through Changed Behaviour (RCTCBC) Homeless Offender pathway. The service delivers targeted one-to-one support to help offenders successfully reintegrate into their communities in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT). Service providers will work collaboratively with the Homelessness team and Probation Service to support offenders managing chaotic lifestyles, addressing both housing instability and offender rehabilitation needs. The project aims to reduce reoffending, prevent homelessness, and promote community integration for vulnerable offenders.
