Communal Cleaning Services for Residential Properties

Moat Homes is seeking one or more service providers to deliver comprehensive communal cleaning services across all owned, leased, and managed residential buildings. The contract will run from 1 June 2027 to 31 May 2030, with options to extend for up to three additional years (until 31 May 2033). The service includes regular communal area cleaning plus gutter cleaning. Key responsibilities include maintaining safe and secure working environments, reporting bulk waste to the Moat Contract Manager, ensuring environmentally friendly waste disposal in compliance with legislation, and providing risk assessments and method statements before work commences.
