Operator Service Contract: Norwich Bus Station and Park and Ride Facilities Management

This is a 10-year fully managed service contract for an experienced public transport operator. The operator will serve as a single point of responsibility for all services at the Norwich Bus Station and will provide comprehensive facilities management and maintenance at the Norwich Park and Ride sites. The contract value covers the full 10-year period including all options, with indexation applied separately. The contract was executed on 27 March 2026 and countersigned on 7 April 2026.
