    Brief

    The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is seeking a supplier to deliver comprehensive Application Management Services on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The contract encompasses Core Services including Service Management (SM) to ensure ITIL compliance and ecosystem integration, Application Management Services (AMS) to support and maintain applications with high availability and IT Service Continuity Management, and Applications Security aligned to industry best practices and integrated with the MPS's Managed Security Service Provider. Optional Services may include Managed Cloud for end-to-end application accountability and Digital Workplace solutions for end-user device management and remote access capabilities. The scope and volume of Optional Services may vary at the Authority's discretion. The successful supplier will be responsible for maintaining a highly secure, available, and well-integrated application estate across the MPS organization. Core Services are expected to commence on a Service Commencement Date to be determined by the Authority.
