Building Survey and Mechanical & Electrical Advice Services

The DVLA is seeking to procure specialist technical assurance services to support the completion and verification of Survey on Expiry (SoE) and Expiry Works resulting from the expiry of their PFI contract after 31 July 2026. The successful supplier will provide building surveying, mechanical, and electrical expertise to verify that all required expiry works have been completed to the DVLA's satisfaction. The ideal supplier will have established knowledge of the asset baseline, comprehensive documentation of asset condition, and experience working with the DVLA on similar verification activities. This is a continuation of existing technical assurance services to ensure continuity and consistency throughout the asset handover process.
