Translation and Interpretation Services Contract

Central Bedfordshire Council is looking for a single supplier to provide comprehensive translation and interpretation services. This includes face-to-face, telephone, and video interpretation, as well as written translation services. Suppliers must meet specific requirements to submit a valid tender. The Council will assist suppliers throughout the quotation process and will share questions and answers with all bidders to ensure fairness. If you have any questions, please use the Correspondence feature in the In-tend electronic tendering system. The deadline for questions is December 30, 2025. Quotations and any necessary attachments must be submitted electronically through the In-tend system by January 12, 2026, at 12:05 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
