Facilities Management and Workplace Services Purchasing System

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for Facilities Management and Workplace Services. This system is designed to provide an alternative procurement route for lower-value and less complex contracts, with a focus on attracting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It complements the existing Facilities Management Marketplace framework (RM6232) and offers a variety of procurement solutions for public sector estates. The services sought include maintenance, response repairs, supply and installation works, as well as Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), help-desk services, and waste management. This DPS is available for use by Central Government Departments and all UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, Housing, Charities, Not-for-Profit organizations, Nuclear and Devolved Administrations, and International entities. The DPS will be organized into distinct categories, allowing suppliers to select relevant elements of their service offerings. Customers can filter these elements to create a shortlist of suppliers for competitive invitations. The four categories include: Services, Building Type, Location, and Annual Contract Value.
