IT Managed Services Provider for Royal Armouries

Royal Armouries is seeking an IT Managed Services Provider to deliver comprehensive managed IT services under the GCA framework RM6190 (Lots 3a and 4a). Services include: day-to-day user support, cloud infrastructure and end-user device management, continuous security monitoring and incident response, backup and recovery, service reporting, supplier coordination, technical documentation, service improvement planning, and strategic guidance. The contract runs for an initial 5-year term with a 2-month transition period, plus two optional 12-month extensions (5+1+1 structure). Total contract value is £1,322,741 excluding VAT (£1,587,289.20 including VAT). Interested suppliers should have expertise in managed IT service delivery, cloud infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and vendor management.
