Cleaning Services Contract for Two Catholic Schools in Barnet

St James Catholic Secondary School and Blessed Dominic Catholic Primary School, located on the same site in Barnet, London, are jointly tendering their cleaning services. The contract will run for three years from 1st August 2026 to 31st July 2029, with an option to extend for up to two additional years (1+1) based on performance. The estimated contract value is approximately £800,000 over three years. The Schools seek a professional cleaning contractor capable of delivering consistently high standards across all areas, maintaining robust staffing and supervision, meeting clear KPIs, implementing sustainability and efficiency improvements, and providing proactive support throughout the contract.
