Master Planning Consultant for Bremore Ireland Port Development

Bremore Ireland Port Designated Activity Company is seeking qualified Master Planning Consultants to provide strategic planning expertise for the Bremore Ireland Port project in County Meath. The new port facility will be built on foreshore land and include complementary infrastructure for port operations, logistics, warehousing, clean industrial development, research and innovation facilities, and community amenities. The project will be delivered in multiple phases over time. This is a Negotiated Procedure with Prior Call for Competition under EU Utility Undertakings Regulations 2016. The process will involve: (1) submission of a Qualification Questionnaire, (2) shortlisting of three candidates, and (3) a negotiation phase where shortlisted consultants will submit Best and Final Offers. Interested economic operators must demonstrate suitable qualifications and experience in master planning and strategic planning for major infrastructure projects. The successful consultant will work throughout the planning and consenting phase of the project.
