NRTS3 National Operations Centre and Field Services Staffing Assessment

National Highways has engaged Gartner UK Limited to conduct an independent assessment and optimization of staffing models for the NRTS3 programme. The project focuses on the National Operations Centre (NOC) and Field Services (FS) functions. This engagement supports National Highways' procurement process during the Invitation to Tender (ITT) evaluation and Best and Final Offer (BAFO) stages, addressing internal resource constraints. Gartner will deliver benchmarking analysis, cost assurance reviews, and strategic recommendations to ensure value for money, enhance supplier negotiations, and provide confidence for proceeding with a significant direct award contract. Suppliers should note that this is a support service to the client and not an active procurement opportunity.
