The supplier will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including: designing and delivering candidate information packs; creating and executing attraction marketing campaigns; managing candidate applications and inquiries prior to the closing deadline; supporting recruitment open events; preparing longlist and shortlist documentation; conducting initial shortlist interviews; delivering secondary shortlist assessment packs; managing all assessment activities and staff engagement exercises as required; coordinating the interview process through to conclusion; and managing the final offer process.
