Furniture and Equipment Supply for Educational Infrastructure Modernization

This public procurement contract involves the supply and installation of furniture and equipment as part of the project "Modernization of Educational Infrastructure and Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures at the "St. Kliment Ohridski" Primary School in Pavlikeni. The procedure is initiated under Article 20, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The contract includes the delivery of various classroom equipment, including: 40 three-seat benches, 24 modular student tables, 24 modular student chairs, 78 student chairs, 28 student tables, and 3 teacher chairs. It is important to note that any references to standards, technical approvals, or specifications in the documentation should be considered as including "or equivalent". If a specific model, brand, type, patent, origin, or production is mentioned, the contracting authority will accept any offer that demonstrates equivalence to the requirements outlined in the technical specifications and participation documentation. The project is funded through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism under the procedure BG-RRP-1.007 "Modernization of Educational Environment" as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
