Romania - Software Development Services for the RODUC Information System

The National Authority for Citizenship is seeking proposals for the development, testing, implementation, and operationalization of the software component of the RODUC Information System, along with the provision of the necessary hardware platform. This is not a procurement of an existing software product; rather, it involves creating a custom information system tailored to the specific needs of the contracting authority. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely by the 11th day before the bid submission deadline, for requests received at least 18 days prior. The consolidated responses to clarifications will be published on the SEAP platform at www.e-licitatie.ro, without revealing the identity of the requesters. All clarification requests must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The total value of the contract is 6,350,000 EUR, and the deadline for bid submissions is June 2, 2025.
