Supply of Desktop Computers

This contract involves the delivery of computer equipment, referred to as 'equipment'. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 5 of the procurement documents. The order codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) are: 30213300-8, 30213100-6. Partial bids are not allowed, and the scale of the order is tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Variant bids are also not permitted. The contract must be executed within 42 days from the date of signing. Payment will be made within 30 days upon receipt of a correctly issued invoice along with a delivery acceptance protocol. A warranty for equipment defects is required for a period consistent with the offer, considering the minimum period specified in Annex 5. If the description includes brand names, they are for informational purposes only. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described in references to standards or technical specifications. The draft contract provisions are outlined in Annex 6. This order is part of the project 'Learning (by) Doing', co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program. The procurement process considers preferences for social economy entities (PES) expressed through social criteria in the evaluation of offers.
