Office Supplies Procurement Opportunity

This contract is a public procurement opportunity with an estimated value of €400,000, including VAT. The scope of the contract involves supplying office supplies to the staff (orderers) at 37 locations of the contracting authority. The items sought include: writing and notepads, colored paper; desk accessories; adhesives and accessories; binders, folders, ring binders, and accessories; writing instruments and accessories; mail processing and packaging; batteries; planners (excluding student planners like Plenda) and calendars; toners and cartridges, excluding printers covered under the current supplier's multifunctional contract (Sharp); presentation materials. Excluded from the scope are products already contracted by the contracting authority under other agreements, such as promotional items, stationery, tools, computers and peripherals, audio-visual equipment, print and copy paper, cleaning products, and office furniture. The contracting authority is not obligated to place further orders with the contractor, but the contractor will have exclusivity in supplying these items.
