Electricity Procurement for Keva's Investment Properties

Keva is seeking bids for the procurement of electricity for its investment properties, specifically for site-specific spot-priced electricity contracts with a price fixing option. The procurement involves approximately 203 properties with an estimated annual consumption of 85 GWh. Detailed information about the properties and their total consumption profile for 2024 is provided in separate attachments. Properties may be added or removed from the contract during the delivery period based on changes in electricity usage. The estimated scope of electricity procurement during the contract period is between 50 and 100 GWh annually. The procurement details are further described in Attachment 1 "Description of the Procurement Object." The buyer does not commit to any specific procurement quantities. The bidding process will select one primary service provider and one backup service provider (see more in the section "Contract Procedure"). The delivery period is fixed from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029 (48 months).
