Workwear and Protective Clothing Rental and Cleaning Services

RSAG AöR is seeking a supplier to provide and clean work and protective clothing as part of a rental service starting April 1, 2025. This opportunity includes locations in Troisdorf, Sankt Augustin, Swisttal-Miel, Swisttal-Morenhoven, Eitorf, Hennef, and Bonn (Paper Sorting Facility). The contractor will take over the existing clothing. The contract covers the following key services: - Provision of personalized work and protective clothing for approximately 381 employees across various sectors in the rental service. Each employee typically receives: - Bund jackets - Softshell jackets - Overalls - Trousers - Summer trousers - T-shirts - The clothing must be available in men's and some women's sizes. - High-visibility clothing must be replaced when the manufacturer's guaranteed number of washes is reached, ensuring safety standards are met. - Reflective properties and fluorescent background materials must comply with EN ISO 20471 at all times. - Employees handling hazardous materials will receive clothing that meets EN 13034 Type 6 (chemical protection) and EN 1149-3, EN 1149-5 (electrostatic properties). - Special sizes must be provided for employees who do not fit standard sizes (in men's and women's fits). - The clothing must be suitable for industrial washing according to ISO 15797. - Weekly cleaning of the clothing, along with inspection and necessary repairs or replacements (including pickup and delivery services and provision of drop-off lockers). - Regular stocking of the lockers provided by the contractor. The color combination will be specified by the client. The service description will detail the type and quantity of clothing, as well as additional quality and equipment requirements. Additionally, the contractor must provide: - Creation of quantity, consumption, and washing statistics. - Training and support for the facility by qualified personnel. - Optional: Cleaning of company-owned clothing.
