Roof Renovation Planning Services for Koelnmesse

Koelnmesse GmbH is seeking a planning office with relevant experience for the specialized planning of the renovation of membrane roofs for Hall 6 and the North Boulevard. The project, "Roof Renovation North," includes the membrane roof of Hall 6, which has a total area of 20,846 m² and a roof area of 20,711 m², as well as the membrane roof of the North Boulevard, which covers an area of 4,200 m² and extends 280 m along exhibition halls 9, 6, 7, and 8. The current roof system, which consists of a membrane roof with skylights, requires revitalization planning to improve both aesthetic and functional standards. The goal is to develop a sustainable solution that maximizes the lifespan while considering ecological aspects. The contract includes analyzing the current condition, developing a detailed planning concept, creating technical tender documents, and overseeing the implementation until completion.
