Vehicle Procurement and Maintenance for Migration Directorate

The Migration Directorate of Bulgaria is seeking suppliers for the delivery of four (4) new motor vehicles, specifically 8+1 seat vehicles classified under category M1. These vehicles must comply with the regulations outlined in Article 149, paragraph 1, item 2, letter 'a' of the Road Traffic Act, which specifies that M1 category vehicles have no more than 8 passenger seats, excluding the driver's seat, and do not accommodate standing passengers. Additionally, the contract includes full warranty service for the vehicles during the warranty period, as per the manufacturer's specifications, at an authorized service center for the specified vehicle brand. Suppliers will also be responsible for addressing any technical issues that arise not due to the fault of the contracting authority.
